Change or cancel your session

Things come up. Moving your session is no trouble at all, and you can do it as many times as you need.

The only rule. Move it as many times as you need, at no cost and with no penalty. Your deposit carries across every time. The deposit itself is not refundable, because that morning is held for you, but it is never lost either: it sits against whenever you do come in.

Move it to another time

Tell me what suits and I will move it across. Your deposit carries over to the new time, so there is nothing more to pay now.

Cancel it

No hard feelings, and no explanation needed. Let me know and I will take care of it. Nothing beyond the $150 deposit is ever charged for a session that did not happen, and the deposit is not refundable. If you would rather move it than cancel it, just say the word.

If a refund is ever owed to you it goes back to the card you paid with, and usually lands within a few business days depending on your bank. If you are not sure which time you booked, it is on the calendar invite and the confirmation that went to your email and phone.
