Scalus $625/month
What you're getting
Your Scalus subscription isn't just a website. It's a complete client system — the website, the CRM, the automations, the inbox, the AI tools — all connected and running for your business 24 hours a day. The website is built inside the Scalus platform, which is what keeps everything live, integrated, and working together.

We set everything you request up and we keep it running.
Billing
You're billed monthly in advance on the same date each month via Stripe. Your rate is locked in permanently whatever you sign up at is what you pay for life, no increases, ever.
SMS, calls, email & ai automations
The following terms govern the usage-based services provided within the Scalus platform. To ensure uninterrupted service for automated workflows, a Usage Wallet is established during onboarding with a minimum initial load of $20.00. These fees include a 1.25x service and maintenance markup on wholesale carrier rates.
Current Usage Rates (AUD inc. GST):
- Dedicated Mobile Number: $12.90 per month
- Outbound SMS: $0.25 per segment.
- Inbound SMS: $0.03 per segment.
- Email Communication: $1.93 per 1,000 units sent.
- Smart AI Engagement: $0.02 per interaction.

We keep this strictly "pay-as-you-go" because it’s the most honest way to run a business—you only pay for the "fuel" your sales engine actually uses.

Let’s look at the actual data for Client A for March 2026:
High-Volume Engagement: They handled 1,149 total communication units.
Direct Outreach: This included 683 messaging segments and 389 emails.
Total Investment: Between their dedicated line, AI interactions, and every text sent, their total bill—with your 1.25x markup—would have been approximately $35.40 AUD.
The Return on Investment (ROI)
Client A averages 80 sales per month at $450 each, totaling $36,000 in monthly revenue.
At these rates, their total communication cost is only $35.40, which is less than 0.1% of their total sales. For every $450 booking, the system only cost them about $0.44 to manage the entire customer journey.
Why the "Segment" Matters
An SMS segment is like a postage stamp; one "stamp" covers 160 characters. While some cheap apps offer 10-cent "one-way" blasts, Scalus provides a premium two-way sales engine. If a $0.25 automated text-back saves you from losing a $450 booking while you're busy tattooing, it’s an investment that pays for itself immediately.
You have total control. You can deactivate automations at any time, but as Client A shows, when your usage goes up, it’s only because your revenue is going up right along with it.
What you always own
Your domain name, your email address, your contacts, and any content or images you gave us, those are yours, always, regardless of what happens with your subscription.
Domain & email
You're responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own domain name and business email.
We'll connect both to your Scalus system during onboarding .
Domain registration, renewal, and email hosting costs are your responsibility.
Setup
We guarantee your system will be live within 10 business days of you completing your onboarding form provided you've given us everything we need (logo, photos, brand colours, domain access) and you're responding to our questions within 24 hours.
If things are delayed on your end, the clock pauses.
We'll always let you know where things are at.
Support
For your first 3 months, you've got phone support, Zoom calls, and in-person visits (Melbourne metro) whenever you need them.
After that, support moves to email at [email protected]. Minor changes are covered however significant work, rebuilds, or new automations will be quoted separately.
Cancellation
No lock-in. If you cancel we need 30 days written notice via email. Your system stays live until the end of that billing period, then it comes down. All payments are non-refundable, no partial refunds for unused time. Upon cancellation we can export your contacts and data before the account closes.
Want to keep your website if you leave?
After a minimum of 3 consecutive months as an active subscriber, you can buy your website outright for $5,500 + GST.
After that, it moves to a basic hosting plan at $125/month which keeps your pages live and your forms active, but doesn't include the CRM, automations, AI tools, or any Scalus platform features.
That's a permanent one-way transition.
Once you've bought out, you can't re-subscribe to the full Scalus system but you keep your website active and people can still contact you with basic functionality.
Liability
Scalus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, platform outages caused by third-party providers, delays caused by incomplete information from you, SMS or email deliverability issues, or usage cost overages from high lead volumes.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent billing period.
Privacy
We collect and store your information solely to deliver our services.
We don't sell or share your data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

The terms above exist to protect both of us but they're not how we run this relationship.
Our goal is simple: build you a system that works 24/7, help your business grow, and earn your trust over the long term.
If something isn't working, tell us.
We'd rather fix a problem than enforce a clause.
When you sign up with Scalus, you're not a number. You're someone we're genuinely invested in seeing succeed.
Scalus Pro $1475/month
What you're getting
Scalus Pro is everything in Scalus, plus we run your Meta and Google Ads for you. The system catches and follows up every lead. The ads bring them in. Together, it's a full growth engine for your business.
We only offer ads management as part of Scalus. That's intentional. Running ads without a proper system underneath them means leads fall through the cracks — they enquire, nobody follows up, and the money's wasted. When the ads and the system work together, every lead is captured, followed up automatically, and tracked properly.
What's included
On top of everything in Scalus, your Pro subscription covers: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads management, campaign strategy and targeting, ad creative and copy (we write it, you approve it before anything goes live), ongoing optimisation, conversion tracking set up from day one, monthly plain-English reporting, and full transparent access to your ad account whenever you want to check in.
Ad spend
Your $1,475 + GST/month covers our management fee and your full Scalus system. It does not cover what you spend on ads — that goes directly to Meta and Google and is entirely separate. We'll work with you on a sensible budget based on your business and goals.
Billing
Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Rate locked in for life from the date you sign up.
Performance
We manage your ads with everything we've got, but we don't guarantee specific results — no honest agency does. What we do guarantee is full transparency, regular communication, and that we'll always tell you what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing about it. If the ads aren't performing, we'd rather have that conversation early than let the budget run while things aren't working.
Reporting
Every fortnight, on the 14th and 28th of each month, you'll receive a performance report covering your ad activity for that period. No chasing us for updates it lands in your inbox automatically.
Your report covers ad spend, results, leads generated. A clear picture of what your ads did, what they returned, and what we're focused on next.
Reporting is included as part of your Scalus Pro subscription. It's how we stay accountable and how you stay across what your budget is doing — without having to ask.
If you cancel
Your Scalus system and all its automations remain under the standard Scalus cancellation terms — 30 days written notice, system live until end of billing period, all payments non-refundable. Your ad campaigns will be paused and your ad accounts handed back to you. All the work we've done — campaigns, audiences, tracking setup — stays in your account. It's your data.

Scalus Content $325/shoot
What it is
A two-hour on-location shoot (Melbourne metro only) where we come to your business or job site and capture everything you need — photos, short-form video, reels, and ad-ready content. Everything is shot and edited specifically for Meta Ads and social media. Not generic. Not stock. Actual footage of your business, your team, and your work.
What you get
Photos for your website, Google Business Profile, and social media. Short-form video and reels formatted for Meta feed, stories, and reels. Everything delivered edited and ready to use.
Booking
Shoots are booked in advance and subject to availability. Full payment of $325 is due 3 days before booking. We'll confirm your date, time, and location once payment is received.
What we need from you
A confirmed location, someone on site to be in or facilitate the shoot, and any specific shots or outcomes you want. The more you tell us going in, the better the content coming out.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours before your shoot and we'll find another time at no extra cost. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Ownership
All content from your shoot is yours to use however you like — ads, website, social, Google, whatever. We may use behind-the-scenes or finished assets in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Works best with Scalus Pro
Content shoots are available as a one-off or as a recurring monthly add-on alongside Scalus Pro. If you're running ads, fresh content is one of the biggest levers you have — the more we have to test, the better your ads perform over time.

What if I cancel my subscription?
We'll be extremely sad to see you go, but after a good sook we'll bounce back. However, you will lose access to all the features we set up for you.
Can people find my website on Google?
Every Scalus website is built with SEO best practices from day one.
That means proper keyword research, optimised meta tags, alt tags, and header titles, a secured SSL certificate, and a site tuned for a high Google Speed score because a slow site loses you jobs before you've even had a chance to pitch.
We also provide regular updates to keep your site healthy and ranking, unlike a lot of developers who hand over the keys and disappear.
Your Google ranking will depend on how long your site has been live, the competition in your local area, and the strength of your Google Business Profile including your reviews. That's why Scalus ties it all together, helping you generate more reviews while building your online presence at the same time.
We also offer blogging to keep your content fresh and give Google more reasons to rank you.
While we don't manage off-page backlinks beyond your social profiles, the foundation we build and maintain puts you in a far stronger position than most tradies and consultants in your market.
