Funnels in two languages: how we built Baumann Property's lead machine
Christian Baumann has a clear mission: property investment guidance for everyday Australians. Through Baumann Property, he helps people build passive income and long-term wealth through property — the kind of guidance that's usually reserved for those already in the know. The twist that shaped everything we built: a big slice of his audience is bilingual, and many of them are far more comfortable making a serious financial decision in Spanish than in English.
The starting point
Investment advisory lives and dies on trust, and trust is hard to build when someone is reading your most important pages in their second language. An English-only funnel quietly filters out the very people Christian most wanted to reach. On top of that, he wanted to move fast — to ramp up lead generation and fill seats at a live Sydney event — without drowning in the busy work of building and wiring it all by hand.
So the goal wasn't a brochure website. It was a working lead machine: funnels that meet people in their own language, an event system that fills the room, and one dashboard to watch it all run.
Funnels that speak the audience's language
We built the investment funnels in both Spanish and English, so each visitor lands in the language they actually think in. That single decision changes how an offer reads — it goes from "this is for some Australians" to "this is for me."
At the heart of the funnel sits an interactive 60-second "readiness check" quiz. Instead of asking a cold visitor to book a call straight away, we let them self-assess: a handful of quick questions that tell them whether they're ready to invest. It feels like a useful tool, not a form — and while they answer, they're qualifying themselves as a lead. Every response flows straight into GoHighLevel.
The fastest way to a lead isn't a shorter form — it's meeting someone in their own language with a tool that helps them before it asks anything of them.
An event that fills its own room
Christian also runs live events, so we built a dedicated Sydney event RSVP funnel — Spanish-first, like the rest of the system. The detail that makes it more than a sign-up page is a bring-a-friend referral mechanic: every person who registers is nudged to bring someone with them, so each RSVP has a chance to multiply itself. Attendees land in the same CRM as every other lead, ready for follow-up.
One place to watch it run
Building funnels is only half the job — Christian needed to see the machine working. So we built a marketing dashboard re-skinned to Baumann's brand: navy, with a spinning globe that nods to the cross-border, bilingual nature of the business. It ships with a setup tracker, so the team always knows what's done and what's next, and a team chat, so conversations about the marketing happen right where the marketing lives.
The result
Baumann Property went from an English-only starting point to a system built for its real audience:
- Spanish-first ES/EN investment funnels with a 60-second readiness quiz
- A Sydney event RSVP system with a bring-a-friend referral mechanic
- Live lead capture into GoHighLevel
- A branded navy + spinning-globe dashboard with a setup tracker and team chat
In Christian's own words, it let him "ramp up funnels fast and use AI to do the busy work" — exactly what a working lead machine should do: capture the people who matter, and free up the founder to do the part only they can.
