What happens after I get in touch?
A 20 minute demo call to understand your business, then I design and build the system, then a launch call and handover of everything.
What does it cost?
$225 a month, and that covers the website built, hosted and kept live, the SEO and AI Search work, the Google review system and every ongoing change you ask for. Your business phone number and text messages are billed at the prices on our phone system page, and you can use your own domain or take Scalus Domain at $10 a month. Month to month, no setup fee, no lock in, and the price includes GST.
Is there a lock in contract or a setup fee?
No to both. Everything is month to month, you can cancel with 30 days notice, and there is no setup fee. Your $225 won't go up while you stay on this plan.
Who will I be dealing with?
Scalus is Melbourne based, founded by Tim in 2024, with a background in video production and photography, and a Masters of Media and Communications. You deal with me, Tim, directly, and I'm in Melbourne. No call centres. A small team of contractors helps me behind the scenes.
When is support available and how fast do changes get done?
Scalus client support is one to one with Tim, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, in the Scalus App at my.scalus.app, by calling 0420 117 774, or by booking a time at scalus.app/call. Everyday changes are done within 4 business days and usually within 2. Bigger work, meaning changes across the whole site, several new pages at once or a new automated system, takes 5 to 10 business days. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so anything that lands over the weekend or outside those hours is picked up the following Monday. Scalus closes once a year from 20 December to 6 January, and requests sent then are picked up on the first business day after.
