How we built Eden Building & Landscaping a system that captures every lead

A premium landscaped Melbourne backyard with timber deck and pergola at golden hour

Eden Building & Landscaping live by a simple line: The Art of Outdoor Living. Across Melbourne's north-east — Darebin, Whittlesea, Banyule, the Yarra Ranges, Manningham and Nillumbik — one coordinated team handles the whole journey: design, outdoor building, landscaping and maintenance. The work is genuinely premium. The problem was that nothing online showed it, and the leads coming in had nowhere to land.

The starting point

Like a lot of trade and outdoor businesses, Eden's enquiries arrived from everywhere — a phone call here, a form there, a referral passed on by text. There was no single place to see what was coming in, and no website that reflected the quality of the gardens, decks and alfrescos they build. When your work is this good, an average web presence quietly costs you jobs.

A website that looks like the work

We started with the brand. Eden's site is built on a calm palette — linen, deep forest green and a chartreuse-leaf accent — paired with the elegant Fraunces typeface and the real Eden logo. Every service gets room to breathe:

The result is a site that feels as considered as the spaces Eden create — and crucially, one that's fast, secure and always online, built and hosted on the Scalus stack.

Two buyers, two quote flows

Here's a detail most landscaping websites miss. Eden serves two very different customers: a homeowner wanting a backyard transformed, and a commercial client managing a property or development. They don't think the same way, and they shouldn't fill in the same form.

So we split the quote flow into domestic and commercial paths. Each asks the right questions for that buyer and captures the project type and detail up front — which means Eden walk into the first conversation already knowing what the job is.

The best lead form isn't the shortest one. It's the one that asks the right questions for the person filling it in.

One place to see every enquiry

Behind the website sits a branded client dashboard, re-skinned to Eden's look, that pulls live enquiries straight from GoHighLevel. It filters out the noise — chat, voice and test entries — and surfaces the contact note attached to each lead, so the team can see exactly what someone wants before they pick up the phone. No more enquiries lost between inboxes.

The numbers behind the brand

Eden's reputation does the heavy lifting, and the system is built to protect it:

A website, a quote process and a dashboard that all work together — so the team can focus on the gardens, not on chasing where the last lead went.
