Google reviews, asked for you from your own number

The Google review screen in the Scalus app, showing customers asked, who tapped through to Google and who replied

Every business owner knows Google reviews win work. Almost nobody asks for them. The job is finished, the customer is happy, everyone is busy, and the moment passes. A client asked me to make the asking happen on its own.

The problem

Asking by hand doesn't happen often enough. A text from a personal phone gets forgotten, a link sent days later lands cold, and nobody can say who was asked or who actually went to Google.

The result

Your Scalus app now asks your customers for a Google review for you.

Every happy customer is asked at the right moment, and you can see exactly who went to Google.

Texts only go Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you're a client and want it in your app, send me a message there and I'll set it up.

Want this in your app?

Clients can ask for it in the app today. Not a client yet? The website, the app and the systems behind them are one plan, month to month.

Questions about this feature

Do the review texts come from my own number?
Yes. Your business gets its own mobile number for review texts, so your customers see the same local number every time.
What stops the texts?
A tap on the review link, any reply, or STOP. Each customer gets the first text and at most two follow ups.
Can I see who has been asked?
Yes. The Google review screen in the Scalus app shows how many customers were asked, who tapped through to your Google review page, who replied and every text that went out.
