Any Scalus client. It is switched on business by business, so send a message in the app and it will be turned on for you.

Does the invoice get sent to my customer?

No. The finished PDF is emailed to you. You check it and send it on yourself, so nothing reaches a customer without you seeing it first.

Can I attach supplier quotes and photos?

Yes. Add documents and photos straight from your phone. Each supplier document is printed on its own page after the invoice, and job photos are printed six to a page, all in the one PDF.

A client who repairs cars asked for one thing: proper invoices he could make himself, on his phone, between jobs. He was sending insurers a figure in a message and chasing the paperwork later. That is the problem this was built for.

The problem

Most trade businesses do their paperwork at night, on a laptop, from memory. The supplier quote is a photo somewhere in the camera roll. The job photos are in another app. The invoice gets typed up from scratch each time, and the proof that backs it up never travels with it.

The result

There is now an Invoices and quotes screen in the Scalus app. You fill in a short form on your phone and a finished PDF arrives in your inbox.

Your details, typed once. Business name, ABN, bank details and logo print at the top of every invoice from then on.
Parts, labour and other costs. Type each price before GST. The GST and the total are worked out for you.
Invoice or quote. The same form makes either, and the numbers count up by themselves.
The proof goes with it. Add supplier quotes and photos of the job straight from your phone. They are printed into the same PDF, after the invoice.
You stay in control. The PDF is emailed to you. Nothing is sent to your customer until you send it on.

Type the job in, attach the proof, and the invoice is in your inbox before you have left the driveway.
