Four days from demo to launch. I'll have a 20 minute demo call on day one to understand your business. I design and build everything on days two and three. On day four, you're live with a launch call and handover of all systems.

No. Everything is month to month. You can cancel anytime with one month's notice. Your price is locked in forever, it never increases while you're a client, even if you stay for five years.

Websites start at $225/mo. Add automations for $425/mo, or an online store for $625/mo. Scalus Content is $1,250/mo and Meta ad management is $850/mo, and both bolt onto any plan or run on their own. The $225 plan is your website, fast secure hosting, ongoing updates and changes, a Google review system, automatic SMS follow up on every enquiry and live chat on your site. The $425 plan adds the automation layer on top: a voicemail receptionist that answers the calls you miss, after hours emergency call routing, unlimited advanced automations, lead pipeline management, appointment calendars and a live dashboard. Scalus is Melbourne based, founded by Tim in 2011. Tim has a background in video production and a Masters from Swinburne. You get local support from the people who built your system, no call centres, no outsourcing.

Yes. Start with a website and bolt on automations, an online store, Scalus Content or Meta ads whenever it suits. Change or cancel any add on with one month's notice.

One month's notice and you're done. I hand over all your data, domain, content and systems. No lock in, no drama. I only want clients who actively want to be with me.

No. Design, build, launch and all systems are covered in your monthly price. No build fee, no setup cost. Content shoots are available as an optional extra when you want fresh photos and video.

No. I build and maintain all the technical parts. You get an easy to use dashboard and inbox. If anything breaks or needs updating, I handle it.

I'll build you a brand new site on my system. If you want to keep your current domain, that's fine, I'll migrate it. If you're happy to move, I set up your new Scalus branded address.

I can. If you've already got someone building something, I'm happy to integrate or hand off. But in most cases, it's faster and simpler for me to design and build the whole system together.

I handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. I use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to keep your data secure. Some of those providers store or process data overseas, including in the US. I never sell your data, and I only share it with the providers who help me run the service. A half day on location shoot of your business, team and work. You get 30+ professionally edited photos and video, high res files and optimised web versions, and you own all usage rights. Shoots are an optional extra whenever you want fresh material.

Yes. If you have multiple locations or business names, I can set up separate systems and dashboards for each. Pricing adjusts accordingly.

Yes. I do a full launch call walking you through every feature. Then you've got ongoing support, if you forget how to do something, just call or email me.

Not directly, but any changes you need are generally completed within 4 days. Just submit your changes via email and I'll get it done.
