A 28 page website for a licensed local sparky, with a three step quote form on the hero, a job feed that pulls real completed work straight out of their job management system, and a page for every suburb they actually work in.
A small electrical business that was renting a page on someone else's platform now owns a proper website, on its own domain, that proves the work instead of describing it.
22 Electrical Works is a licensed electrical contractor working out of Melbourne's east, handling switchboard upgrades, general electrical, lighting, heating and cooling, commercial work and urgent faults. The team is small and the reputation is local, which is exactly the kind of business a website should be able to help.
The old build sat inside a marketing platform. It looked generic, it said very little that a customer in Warrandyte or Croydon could actually check, and there was nothing on the page that proved the volume of work behind the business. The brief was simple: a real website, on the real domain, that reads as local and gives someone a price path in under a minute.
The first thing a visitor sees is not a form wall. It is a single question about what they need done, with the job types laid out as tappable options, then two short steps after that. It takes about 30 seconds and it lands as a lead with the job type already attached, so the first call back is an informed one rather than a fishing expedition.
The proof section pulls completed jobs directly from the business's own job management system, with the photo, the job type, the suburb and the date. Nothing is written by hand and nothing is staged. The feed only shows jobs inside the local service area, so a page about a local electrician stays about local work, and any job without a real photo is dropped rather than padded out.
The counters above it work the same way. Completed jobs, customers and suburbs served are read live and rounded down, so the number on the page is always one the business can stand behind. If the feed ever fails, the section hides itself instead of showing an empty shell or a zero.
Under the homepage sits a page for each service and a page for each suburb, 28 in total. The suburb pages carry genuinely local detail, the age of the housing stock, bush blocks, industrial estates, rather than the same paragraph with the name swapped, so they earn their place in search instead of reading as filler.
A trade website earns trust by showing the work, not by claiming it. If the jobs are already in a system, the site should be reading from it.
Plenty of trade sites promise things nobody has agreed to. Everything on this one was pulled back to what is actually true. No round the clock guarantee, no invented response times, no free quote badge. The line is that you get a price before anything starts, because that is the part the business will always honour.
22 Electrical Works went live on its own domain in August 2026 with a site that is faster, honest about what it offers, and backed by live data from the tools the business already runs on.
I build the website, the lead flow and the dashboard live in 4 days, month to month, same price forever.
